The challenge

Devyce, a virtual phone number SaaS, started with zero keywords on page one and ranked 118th for UK traffic share on "virtual phone number". Site health sat at 47%, organic was just 27% of traffic, and only 40% of leads came through organic.

The approach

We rebuilt the technical foundation - lifting site health from 47% to 95% - then layered entity-led content and CRO to capture and convert category demand. Organic grew to 66% of total traffic and organic leads to 80%, taking Devyce from 0 to 54 keywords on page one and to #1 in UK traffic share for "virtual phone number", adding non-brand organic traffic worth around £6k a month.
