Senior at every level.
No hand-off.
Deliberately small. Deliberately senior. Between the bloated agency and the freelancer - the model that lets a specialist team outperform agencies three times its size.
Why we built Nomada
After a decade in traditional agencies, Nomada founder Danny Sullivan kept seeing the same pattern: clients briefed by senior directors, delivered by graduates. Retainers priced for expertise, executed for efficiency.
The model was broken, and the rise of AI made it worse. Large agencies used automation to cut headcount, not to improve outcomes. The senior specialists moved out. The junior team stayed.
Nomada is the answer to that problem. A deliberately small team of senior specialists - each the best in their discipline - using AI to do the work of a team three times the size. No junior hand-off. No account manager layer. The people you brief are the people who do the work.
The Cross-Platform Visibility Framework came from watching clients spend on siloed channels that never added up. Danny built the framework he wished clients had access to a decade ago - and Nomada is the team that delivers it.
The people on your account
Every specialist is a senior practitioner. The team you meet is the team that does the work - no hand-off, no graduate layer.

Danny built Nomada after a decade watching traditional agencies charge large retainers for siloed channel work that never added up to a coherent strategy. The Cross-Platform Visibility Framework is the methodology he wished clients had access to a decade ago. He works directly with every client on strategy.

Luke oversees client delivery and makes sure the framework is executed in the right order for every account. Senior operations background with a commercial bias - he is always asking whether the work translates to leads.

Naz leads the Tier 1 and Tier 2 work - technical SEO, entity-led content architecture, and conversion-focused copywriting. He has run organic strategies for B2B SaaS, financial services, and enterprise tech clients.

Kev handles the off-page authority signals - link acquisition, contextual link placements, and the manual prospecting work that builds the domain authority underpinning everything else in the framework.

Marc manages Tier 3 and Tier 5 - Bing Ads and Google Ads. He audits existing ad spend at the start of every engagement, cuts waste, and reactivates it at the right point in the framework sequence. His Google Ads savings have funded the organic foundation for multiple clients.

Matt owns the measurement layer - Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling. He makes sure every lead is correctly attributed before and after migrations, and that the data clients see reflects what is actually happening.

Amy runs Tier 4 - the earned media and brand authority layer. She places clients in trade, regional, and national press, manages the media relationship function, and produces the thought leadership content that builds the citation footprint AI models reference.
What makes Nomada different
The framework is the product
Most agencies sell time. Nomada sells a methodology. The five-tier framework means every client gets the same rigorous sequencing - not whatever the account manager felt like prioritising this month.
AI to amplify, not replace
AI tools run in the background on every account - analysis, monitoring, reporting. But strategy, judgement, and relationships stay human and senior. AI lets a small team do the work of a large one without any of the usual trade-offs.
Genuine attribution
Our GA4 and GTM work means every lead is correctly attributed before and after campaigns. You can always answer "where did that client come from?" - and so can we.
