The challenge
Vibe Retail is a New York-based SaaS company building cloud-based point-of-sale software for US retailers. In a crowded category dominated by entrenched software-review sites, the brand was barely visible in the AI answers buyers increasingly rely on - and ranked #83 for its core commercial term, "cloud based pos system for retail".
The approach
We ran a cross-platform AEO strategy: entity clustering around cloud POS and retail-management intent, paired with a single high-authority earned placement engineered to be picked up by AI systems. The work was built to surface Vibe inside Google's AI Overview and ChatGPT, not just the classic blue links. In one instance we engineered a listicle citation that fed into an AI Overview the same day.
